GUEST STAY IN NOVA SCOTIA

Welcome to Stirling Downs. Named in honour of William Alexander, 1st Earl of Stirling and Viscount Canada (1633). A 17th Century champion for the area's early colonisation and habitation at historic Port-Royal.

With Annapolis Royal to the west and Lawrencetown to the east, we are located on the edge of Bridgetown, Nova Scotia. Situated on over 35 wooded acres, our guest house and cottage are 5 minutes from the town centre. Several acres of our property have been developed over the years for our hobby farm, barn, greenhouse, koi pond, fire pit and mature perennial gardens. Feel free to stroll the property, read a book under a tree or discover your downward dog. Please, make yourself at home.

Bridgetown is the perfect starting off point for your stay in the Annapolis Valley with access to the Harvest Moon Trail a short stroll  away. The local 18 hole Golf Course, Winery, Craft Brewery and Cidery are all within a short 10-15 minute drive. Seasonal fruit stands along with self-pick berry farms are available along the rural country roads. There is no shortage of fresh air or outdoor activities.

The Guest House is available year round with primary guest space located on the second floor.

The Cottage is open seasonally from April through December, or otherwise by request.
